1. Order Processing & Payment Terms

For In-Stock Products
– Deposit Requirement: A 30% deposit of the total order amount is required to confirm your order for in-stock items.

– Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full before your order is shipped. We will process and ship in-stock orders within 3 business days upon receipt of full payment.

For Made-to-Order Products

– Deposit Requirement: A 30% deposit of the total order amount is required to confirm your custom order and initiate production

– Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full before your order is shipped. We will notify you via email once production is completed and your order is ready for shipment.

– Production Lead Time: Production timelines vary based on order quantity and product specifications, and will be confirmed with you upon order placement (typically 15–45 business days).

General Verification

For first-time orders or shipments to new addresses, additional verification may be required to ensure security, which may slightly extend the processing time.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping Options

  -Sea Freight: Ideal for large bulk orders, with a delivery timeframe of 25–45 days (varies by destination port). Cost-effective for high-volume shipments.

– Air Freight: Fast delivery option for medium to large orders, with a delivery timeframe of 5–10 business days. Suitable for time-sensitive shipments.

– Land Freight: Available for regional deliveries (e.g., within Asia/Europe), with a delivery timeframe of 7–15 business days.

– Express Courier: For small orders or urgent shipments, with delivery in 3–7 business days worldwide (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Shipping Cost

– Shipping fees are calculated based on the chosen shipping method, order weight/volume, and destination address.

– The exact shipping cost will be provided for your confirmation before you make the shipping payment.

– We can arrange shipping via our trusted freight forwarders upon your request, with the shipping fee collected separately.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

– In-Stock Items: Once full payment is received, delivery times follow the respective shipping method timelines above.

– Made-to-Order Items: After production completion and full payment, delivery times follow the respective shipping method timelines above.

4. Shipping Address

– Please ensure your shipping address (or port of destination) is accurate and complete.

– We are not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect address/port information provided by the customer.
